In this article, we’ll guide you on how to create multiple queries when you need to address more than one topic within the same channel.
Adding a new configuration
To access your channel’s configuration:
1️⃣ If relevant, navigate to the section where your channel is located.
2️⃣ Select the specific channel you want to work on and click on the three dots to open your options.
3️⃣ Click on About or, when in the channel, click on the channel’s name next to the "@" symbol at the top of the page to access its details.
4️⃣ Go to "Settings" (1).
5️⃣ Click on "Add a new configuration" (2).

Why is it useful ?
If you want to cover multiple topics in a single channel and make it as comprehensive as possible, a single query might not be enough.
For example:
- If you're looking for general sector insights without country constraints, you can create a query like:
Sectors AND Insights - But if you also want to focus on a niche topic within a specific region, you'll need an additional configuration:
Sectors (with niche topics) AND Countries
This way, you get both broad industry insights and targeted information on a specific topic within a particular region.
There are many ways to combine queries within a channel; and the best part? You can add as many configurations as you want! 🚀
How to add a new query ?
Once you click on Add a new configuration, you'll follow the same steps as when you first created the channel:
1️⃣ Describe the type of information you want to track.
2️⃣ Click on “Generate query” 🔄
3️⃣ Review & adjust your query as needed. ✏️
4️⃣ Click on “Save”.
5️⃣ Your new query will be added to the existing ones under “Channel setup”.
🎯 Bonus Tip: You can edit all your queries and descriptions at any time! Plus, you can view the titles of all queries in the About section.
