In this article, we will show you how you can automate the generation of Ask AI answers to generate high-end newsletters. If you are not yet familiar with the Ask AI feature, please refer to this article first.
It is now possible for you to automate the analyses you have been producing with the Convert to Newsletter at the bottom of the dialogue box.
When selected, a new pop-up window will open with the configurations of your newsletter. All the the variables have been generated automatically, depending on what you have asked. You can rework anything and influence the output any way you want. Here are some ideas for additions or options you can include:
Language of output
Deliverable type (table, visual, SWOT analysis)
Visual aids (Heatmap, rankings, sort by importance)
💡 Note: If your channel has whitelisted or blacklisted sources, Ask AI will automatically take these settings into account when generating your newsletter, ensuring that only the sources you want are included in the analysis.
📝 Validation Required
This means you will receive a notification from the platform, requesting that you review the content of your newsletter before it's sent out. You have the liberty to curate, make amendments and additions, review the sources, before the newsletter is sent to your recipients.
👥 Contributors
You can invite any other member of the platform to contribute to your newsletter projects. They will also be able to review the settings, playground and history of the newsletters.
🔓 Direct Resource Access
To allow newsletter recipients to access the sources behind your newsletter without requiring them to create an account on the platform, go to Advanced Options in your newsletter settings and activate the Direct Resource Access toggle. This is particularly useful when sharing newsletters with external recipients who only need access to the sources and do not need to use the platform.
⏰ Schedule
You can choose the frequency at which your newsletter is sent (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly) and also set the exact day and time of delivery.
