How to manage alerts

Alerts are email notifications sent daily, weekly, or monthly when a new article matches your query. You can set them up within a specific channel (refer to the "Create an alert" article for more details). Your "Alerts" settings provide a clear overview of all the alerts you’ve created, including details on their frequency, scheduled delivery times, and creation dates.

If you've set up alerts in your channels, here's how to manage them effectively:

1. Activate or deactivate an alert

The ability to activate and deactivate alerts is particularly useful when monitoring a topic during different periods. This way, you can keep your alert settings intact, deactivate them temporarily, and reactivate them as needed. When an alert is active, you’ll receive email notifications based on the selected frequency.

🔔 To activate/deactivate alertsindividually 🔕:

1️⃣ Toggle the "Running" option on or off for each alert.

🗑️ To delete alerts individually:

1️⃣ Click the three dots at the end of an alert’s row.

2️⃣ Select "Delete".

2. Bulk management of alerts

For faster management, you can apply changes to multiple channels at once.
