In this article, we will guide you on how to upload articles from outside the platform to a channel. 

💡 Enhance your team’s intelligence sharing by easily importing web content into your personalized channels, making collaboration smarter and more efficient than ever. 

1️⃣ Select the Channel you want to post in.

2️⃣ Click on Create post under the Channel name.

3️⃣ Once in the post-creation pop-up, select Article Mode to upload the content you found across the web.

4️⃣ Once in the Article mode panel, you have several options to manually upload the content you found. 

You have control over several options such as: 

• Article Title
• Article Source
• Publication date

💡Quick tip: If you start by copy/pasting the link of the article you want to upload (scroll at the bottom of the pop-up), some data will be entered automatically. 

 

 

 

5️⃣ You can then paste the rest of your article in the textbox. Watch out for formatting! You have several options available to help you improve readability. 

6️⃣ Last step: click on Post to upload your article! 

Once posted, your article will be visible by any other members of the channel. It will also be taken into account by the AI when doing advanced searches or analyses. 

Managing your uploaded article

You have several options once your article is uploaded to your channel. You can: 

1️⃣ Edit your article if you wish to make changes to its content. 

2️⃣ Delete your article by clicking on the bin icon on the top right part of the post tile. 

3️⃣ Repost your article on other Channels for other viewers to see.
