In this article, we’ll walk you through the platform’s main features and show you how to navigate it with ease.

1. Explore channels 🔍

There are three types of channels:

• Private channels: Only accessible to the creator and invited members.
• Public channels: You are automatically a member.
• Public optional channels: You can join these if you're interested.

To browse available channels, click on “My channels” then “Explore all channels”, and join any that interest you.

2. Create a channel 🛠️

If your super admins have granted you the right permissions, you can also create a channel.

To do so:

1. Enter the topic you want to work on.
   Example: Provide business news in aerospace investment, including new funding rounds, mergers & acquisitions, government contracts & grants, and announcements of new ventures.
2. Click Generate preview or let the AI refine your prompt.
3. Configure your channel settings.

3. Interact with the content 💬

Within a channel, you can:

• Click on an article to view the original source.
• Like, comment, and tag colleagues in the comments.
• Repost articles to another channel.

4. Share a post 📢

You can post content related to a channel’s topic by clicking on “Post”. Your post will be visible to all channel members.

5. Set up alerts ⏰

You can configure alerts for any channel. Simply click on “Alerts”, then set your preferences, such as schedule, title, and number of articles. 

You can also create an alert after applying a filter to focus on specific topics. You’ll then receive updates based on your selected settings.

6. Search for topics 🔎

There are two ways to search:

• Enter keywords
• Ask a question in natural language

If you perform a search from your homepage, the AI will scan all channels to retrieve the most relevant articles.

However, if you search from within a specific channel, the AI will only search through the articles available in that channel.

You can also:

• Create an alert based on your search
• Save a search by clicking the star icon to add it to your Favorites. This also applies to filtered views, allowing you to easily return to a pre-filtered setup at any time.

7. Weekly digest 🗞️

Every Monday, if at least five articles have been published in a channel, a digest post will be shared within that channel summarizing the content.

You can choose to receive this digest via email by clicking on the channel title and selecting the digest option, or by enabling it in your settings.

8. Settings ⚙️

In your profile settings, you can:

• Edit your preferences
• Manage alerts 
• Manage your RSS feeds
• Choose which digests and notifications to receive by email

9. Ask AI 🤖

Use the generative AI to ask questions on any topic. You can also ask follow-up questions to explore the subject in more depth, and share your findings in a channel to share insights with others.
