In this article, we will take a look at how to keep track of user invitations and ensure a smooth sign-up process.
Inviting collaborators to join your Ekho platform is quick and efficient, and the Invitations tab gives you full visibility over who’s been invited and what actions are needed to ensure they join successfully. You can access this tab by clicking on “Admin” in the main menu.


1. Viewing pending invitations
Once you’ve sent an invitation, it will appear under the Invitations tab in the platform. This tab only displays pending invites, meaning people who have been invited but haven’t yet signed up. As soon as they complete their registration, their name will disappear from this list.
2. What information is displayed
For each pending invite, you’ll see:
The date the invitation was sent
The expiration date (after which the link is no longer valid)
The default role the user will be assigned upon signing up (e.g., custom role or user). You can edit the default role at any time in the User Rights tab.
This gives you a quick overview of who still needs to join and what level of access they’ll have.
3. Resending Invitations
If someone hasn’t responded or their invitation is close to expiring, you can easily resend it directly from the same tab. Just click Resend, and the platform will send a fresh invite to the same email address.
